Is someone spying me on my laptop?

I have recently bought a new laptop. Lenovo E31-80, i7 6500, 8Gb Ram with Wins 10 Pro. I've been using it for a month and often I hear noise coming from my speaker (not a fan noise or anything technical). The noise is very clear to hear. It sounds like a noisy office/ a microphone with high volume that is distorted. I also hear birds whistling in the background. I'm not making this stuff up and normally I don't worry about it but I would like to know if this could be a case of someone spying on me or if someone has had a similar experience.

If you have no anti-virus running, it is perfectly possible that anyone on the Internet can access your computer. Unplug all connections to Internet and check if noise is still there.
You are aware that Lenovo is a Chinese company, that is controlled by a communist government whose interests are not in line with those of democratic countries?

That sounds like you have any of a number of viruses that play sounds and advertisements in the background. Try running something like CCleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (they are both free). If that doesn't do it, you may have to reinstall the operating system from scratch.

Make sure you are running an up to date, good quality Antivirus program.

Then again it could be Lenovo. Lenovo got caught shipping system with Adware installed on them called Visual Discovery by Superfish. It was a giant security hole that they intentionally installed for corporate greed.

I have been experiencing the similar things. I have no doubt whatsoever that Lenovo spying on me. I tried to stopped unsolicited upgrades. There's no way I can blocked upgrade or uninstalled any soft where in my computer. I have decided not to buy any Chinese computers in future.
