Any printer works on any OS for which they have written a driver. The computer does not matter.

For example, if you are using Win 10 and Epson wrote a Win 10 driver, it does not matter what computer you are using.

Fred is correct. The computer does not matter. As long as the manufacturer has the configuration file, called a driver, for the device that makes it work it doesn't matter what computer it is.
