Is the lenovo ideapad z510 a good mid range gaming laptop?

Its not gaming laptop, but configuration is good, and you can play maximum game easily on this laptop.

That would indeed make for a decent mid-grade gaming laptop. The graphics card is a bit lacking, but you can always upgrade it (though that is an expensive venture). The GT 645M in it should be able to handle most games at mid settings. The CPU isn't even a concern here because it is quiet strong and can handle pretty much everything.
