Also I have a lenovo laptop that I think has windows 8 on it, is that good enough for it? I don't know how to download it though, do I need to like buy the game with like a disk or something? How do I get it for one of these consoles?

No, The Sims 4 is not available on the xBox 360. Only Sims 3 and Sims 3: Pets(which are way better in my opinion)
And yes, Windows 8 should work for Sims 4. I had Windows 8 when I got The Sims 4 and it worked fine.
