Would just like to know if this laptop is good for games like football manager and minecraft. If not, why? And what laptops would you recommend.

But that seems a bit expensive for a third gen i7 and a 635m… Plus its not even full HD.
Lenovo just released the y40 and y50… They might be a bit pricey the y40 starts at $1000 (720 euros) and the y50 starts at $1300 USD (940 euros).
What I'd do is get the previous model. The y410p starts $800 USD (580 euros) but for the same price as the one your looking at you can get the y510p for $1000 (720 euros). It has a fourth gen i7 and a NVIDIA GeForce GT750M. Plus it has a full HD display.
So yes that laptop will run football manager and minecraft but for the same money you can get the lenovo y510p which is better in almost every way.
