Keyboard not working computer beeping?

Every time I hit caps lock, the keyboard freezes and non stop beeping. How do I fix this?

Added (1). This is a lenovo laptop running win7. The only way I've found to make it stop is restarting

Added (2). I believe the solution is sticky keys. Well see if this fixes it

Added (3). Just turned off sticky keys and restarted. Hit caps lock and its doing it again.

Added (4). could it be a motherboard problem? This is a refurbished computer i just purchased

They are called BEEP CODES and usually signify that your laptop has hardware issues.

Lenovo has a pretty rubbish websites about these beep codes.
