Laptop Keyboard gives off multiple characters. Urgent?

When i try to start my laptop, it continiously beeps, i don't know how many times, and it won't start, butbi tried to randomly press any of the function keys (f1-f12) and the system starts. But i noticed right away that hitting some of the keys gives off multiple characters. For instance,

Pressing 7 gives 7*
h gives hm
V gives gv
And so on. Not all the keys are messed up though

Can you please give me a soltuion to this problem, i tried to search the internet but i can't find any concrete soln.
Could the beeping because of the keyboard? I don't have any external keyboard. Please help me with this one. Does cleaning the keyboard (removing the keys and cleaning them) helps the problem? Hoping for you guys helpful responses. Thank you!

P.s. My laptop is lenovo g570 runnig windows 10

Update the keyboard driver, search Lenovo support. W10 drivers are failing for thousands this month. I'm supremely unimpressed, will wait til next year when some problems might be solved.

This is a common keyboard problem. It is caused by a faulty connection of the keyboard ribbon cable to the motherboard. It is a delicate connection. You may have jarred the unit. It can be reconnected with care. However, However, a keyboard damaged by liquid produces the same symptoms. The peeps at startup are called beep codes and they tell you what is failing. Listen to yours and look it up.
