It's been working last few months and nothing like this happened before, how to I put it in recovery mode from here?
And what to pick so I don't delete or restore my memory?

That really shouldn't be. If this problem repeats nearly every time you switch it on.
How old is it? If new and under manufacturers guarantee, get it checked out > the hard drive could be faulty, and you would need a replacement pc.
