So i turned my laptop on and its been on the loading screen with the pc logo (acer/dell/lenovo/whatever but mines acer) and its been stuck there for about 5-10 minuets… Previously i was just using my pc and wanted to shut it down but accidentaly pressed restart but i was in a hurry and had no time to wait so i just pressed the off button for a long time until it shut down… When i came home i turned on my laptop and now as i type this it has been stuck on the logo loading screen for like 7 minuets+ … Anyone know what's going on? I'm currently running win10

Press F8 every second when you boot
wait for windows to offer you an option
go into safe mode. Then try and run some malware like ADWcleaner or Combofix. Get those at www_bleepingcomputer_com
if that doesn't work, then try and go back to an earlier date in windows
