Which among the two laptops is the best choice to use Adobe Photoshop CS5?

The Lenovo is a laptop series, not a specific one and without links or precise model is not easy to compare.
Neither shows a preferred 1920x1080 display and instead should be only 1366x768.
Photoshop generally does not need a good graphics card.
The Acer shows as i3-7100U, 4 GB of DDR4 system memory using two soDIMM module which should be wrong and is 1x4gb and empty slot more likely, 1 TB 2.5-inch 5400 RPM 14" HD 1366 x 768 resolution NVIDIA® GeForce® 940MX with 2 GB of dedicated GDDR5 VRAM Windows 10
Lenovo is not defined, but few of the 110 14isk are at higher specs. It should be much cheaper.
Neither are aimed very well to Photoshop, but the higher priced Acer is a better laptop, most likely.
High resolution screen, 8GB RAM, and SSD with a core i3 or better is Photoshop preferred.
These are low resolution, 4GB RAM, HDD, and Acer is barely a core i3 but at least showing 7th gen.
