How to Transfer Adobe CS5.5 from Old PC to New?

I received Adobe CS5.5 as a gift in late 2012 while I was in college. I no longer have the disc, and I do not have an Adobe ID account.

I do have my full serial number, but Adobe phone support was unable to help me even with that because I have never had an Adobe ID. Unfortunately I can no longer get in touch with the person who bought me the gift originally.

What is the correct way to work around this? All of the Adobe programs work great on my old Windows 7 laptop, but I need to transfer the software to my new Windows 10 Lenovo.

Unless you made a full backup of the install disc, you're going to have to buy a new copy.

The ONLY way you could "transfer" Adobe CS5.5 from your old computer to your new one, my friend, is by 'cloning' your hard disk drive. This would, however, delete your Windows 10 in the process.

You CAN, though, download Adobe CS5.5 directly from the Adobe website. You MUST, though, download the correct version of the program(s) that you have or your serial number will not activate.

This is a link to Adobe Photoshop CS6. It's completely free and is the full version. https://mega.nz/#!O4YlUKDI!JNkQBhJSoWiINWvNcoCPf7FO0wfLpOL6T6UxoDZVYSA
