I've changed the boot priority order. I can enter the setup (F2) and Multi Boot (F12). No changes that I have made worked. The last thing I did was a Windows update. It gave me some error message about not being able to complete it. Then restarted. Haven't been able to do anything since.

Unplug it, pull out the battery, crack it open and remove the bios battery. Then hold the power button for about ten seconds.
