My lenovo ideapad 100 has been stuck on the logo screen and kt won't turn on. I found the NOVO button-?

I found the novo button and it takes me to the NOVO BUTTON MENU and i have 4 options: Normal Startup (which i've clicked on and it does nothing the screen just stays lit up with nothing on it) , BIOS SETUP, BOOT MENU and SYSTEM RECOVERY. Please help which one should i click and what should i do. I just want to turn on my laptop

Try recovery to do a hard reset. You'll lose all your files maybe, but hopefully it should work. That's what I do. Or try turning it on in safe mode, then turning it off, then back on.

Initially wait 10m and see if an error message is displayed, you may have an error on the hard drive that the system is having difficulty reading hence the delay

If no better after that you could try a system recovery but you risk losing you data
