Lenovo Laptop W 8.1 blank screen after log in with no Internet?

I have tried most of the troubleshooting fixes in the internet but can't find a solution. I don't have windows installation drive since the OS is preinstalled and I bought the laptop 2nd hand a year ago, and I don't have USB windows recovery drive. I don't have other computer to use.

Sfc scannow failed, chkdsk says no error, recovery partition has no recovery image folder, Explorer not working, no Internet, system restore fails, and lastly resetting needs windows installation etc

I hope there's a sensible user here who can genuinely help me here and not answer "u rekt lol throw that **** out" or anything like that. I need help to get it back to normal, please?

I had a Lenovo and it had tons of problems. I can't answer your question, but I know that the laptop itself is garb.

I thought that the Lenova was a good laptop.
Since it has 8.1? It may have uefi boot? That may be important if you have to install another OS. If the os is corrupted… You will need an install disk, or a working computer so you can make your own. It may be more simple to make one. You just need to ask around locally see if a friend may can help you.

Would you consider switching to Linux? Its much easier than any windows… And you don't have all those windows problems.
I tried Ubuntu Linux back in 2008… It was so easy, I never looked back. Still use it today- just a newer version.
I have never had a software issue with Linux- not since I tried it 9 years ago.

Turn it off and on several times in a row to start the automstic recovery console and choose troubleshooting then choose reset this pc do not save files

If that fails you will have to take it to a shop

Restart your laptop and clean all unnecessary files.
