Lenovo screen messed up screen?

I have a Lenovo laptop and it's windows 8. The screen is all messed up and looks 3D and it's really blurry and I can't use it. It looks like it freezes up… I'm really dumb when it comes to technology so could someone please tell me what's going on or what I should to fix it? Here's a pic
