I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T400 Notebook, and my graphics when playing games are so-so. Is there anyway to add a graphics/video card into my laptop? Even if it only has 512MB of RAM, I would still appreciate the answer.

It looks like that laptop does have a Discrete graphics card, meaning it's not part of the motherboard, and can be replaced/upgraded. Discrete graphics cards for laptops can be expensive and take time and knowledge to replace/upgrade. Given the age of the laptop I would recommend buying a new laptop or desktop.
