Lenovo Z460 WLAN not working?

I'm using Lenovo Z460 laptop. WLAN worked well till last week. Suddenly, It is not working properly.
I re-installed WLAN Driver. But It didn't help. WLAN connection working for merely 2 minutes. Then connection disconnected. Then It automatically connected. What is the problem in my laptop? Is there any virus that may do this issue?

It sounds as though the Wi-Fi card is faulty. A virus is unlikely to do this. You either get the Wi-Fi card changed by a professional or buy a cheap USB Wi-Fi dongle and plug it into a vacant USB port.
