Microphone problem with Lenovo B570e updated to windows 10?

My computer has a big problem with it's microphone. I reinstalled the audio drive and the laptop built in microphone works a bit better but still I can't use my microphones headphone. How can I use it?!

Half of the problems reported to service agencies have been about upgrading to Windows 10.
There was a pre-check available to look at software and system hardware for compatibility.
It was also available manually by looking at Lenovo Support.

There's a lack of Windows 10 support for that laptop.
It was reviewed in September 2012 just before the release of Windows 8.
It was designed and released based on Windows 7, and it appears the Audio driver doesn't even show a Windows 8 update.

Your laptop has an internal microphone, and features separate headphone and microphone jacks instead of the combo audio port in newer laptops. I doubt if it is a port connector issue of the microphone jack but that is possible. More likely is a drivers (software) issue.

If in the first 30 days after Windows 10 upgrade, and you did not erase a Windows.old file, your system can be returned to its last operating system.

Other recovery options are a complete restore either by an internal restore or restore disc and that wipes out everything since 2012.
You have a Realtek IC for audio and it is possible there's a generic Realtek Windows 10 driver at the Realtek site, but first you need to determine your audio IC.
Installing and running Belarc Adviser and Speccy gets a lot of useful system information.

If you figure out the audio IC, you may find a compatible driver.
You might also buy an inexpensive USB external audio dongle if you want to use a USB port and get better audio. They are available from Amazon and many sellers
Mini In The Box sells many different ones and start at US$2, but priced to your geography

You can return to the older Windows, restore to like new hopefully saving critical files, try an external USB audio, or possibly a different microphone.
Year 2012 laptop - the prices came down over time and customers don't like paying more than they have to so that premium support is available. Apple makes plenty of money so supports better.

I have no other ideas on this one.
