My lenovo G500 laptop speaker has just stopped working, it is only 2 months old any ideas what's wrong?

Try with external speakers or headsets
if still the problem persists go and check with the driver that you installed.
check with the sound icon in the task bar below if the icon is showed like X then check that.

Go to:
-control panels
-system (system properties)
-hardware
-device manager
-sound video and game controllers
(if you find a yellow exclamation mark, click on that and DISABLE IT)
your computer should automatically find it and install it. Otherwise, click on ENABLE and search the hardware.

No external speakers work either been on control panel and it says speakers are enabled and running
