My Lenovo ideapad 320 is so slow and has been since purchase. Thought it would be ok for what I wanted. Its not any help available?

Take it back to the place of purchase as a defective model.

Yes I researched that for you and the Lenovo IdeaPad 320 comes loaded with awesome Hardware and world's slowest processor 1.1 gigahertz per Channel? What's with that? If you have one of those that has a very slow processor sell it get out from under it there's absolutely nothing that you can do 2 speed that poor computer up.

Let me tell you what to get yourself they're big and heavy but they are awesome and fast and they will cost you $300 or less go on eBay get yourself a Dell M 4500 choose one that has a fast processor 2.7 gigahertz per Channel or more find one that has a decent hard drive size and a decent amount of RAM they're there for $300 and less these things are awesome they have a price sticker of 15 to $1,700 originally and they perform like an Alienware gaming computer check it out and try this computer I have had Bunches of them in the last several months and they are a very satisfying laptop
