New lenovo flex 2 laptop keyboard won't type?

I got this laptop a few days ago and now randomly the keyboard don't work. The mouse and touch screen work perfectly but the keyboard don't I've tried everything

Try recconecting the keyboard if it is bluetooth. If it is wired and not working there must be a button that turns off function or your product is defective
