What's wrong with my laptop fan?

I got a second hand lenovo T61 a year ago since the day i have gotten that piece of **** i have been experiencing endless problems with it the last one is the fan the fan sometimes makes that awful noise and the air coming out of the vents is decreased and the laptop temp increases significally ex: gpu from 52 to 62 and i don't know what is wrong with that stupid fan but i'm so sick of that problem, please help if you know something and if you don't know please don't answer this thanks.

There's two possibilities with the fan. Either you've never cleaned the dust/dirt from the fan blades with compressed air in a can and they're caked with the dirt and are unbalanced and therefore inefficient, or the fan's bearing is bad and the fan needs to be replaced. Cleaning maintenance should be performed about every 3 or 4 months. If you aren't familiar with opening up a laptop computer, I suggest you take it to a local computer repair shop to have this maintenance performed.

The fan is done and needs to be replaced. It's a small job if you know how to disassemble the computer and get a new fan off eBay.
