I bought a lenovo laptop this summer and graphics were corrupted not long after. I'm guessing it got a little bashed up when i took it on the plane or that it was made incorrectly.
I was suggested to send it to a company called Medion in Germany and even had the forms sent to me quickly.
i'm ready to send it, but looking at the customer service reviews on the internet is making me uneasy as it seems like they give very bad service and mistreat the products. I've only bought my laptop for 2 months and absolutely love it, should i send it or not?
(my dad said worst case was to ask for a replacement. And yes, i do have a warranty.)
