I have a lot of Mcfee files on my laptop yet I don't have the antivirus. Its under Lenovo(D) Application. I see in one of the folder that has all the plugins(I think that's what you call them) I was looking through my hard drive and saw a folder that said McPhee clicked on it and the list just keeps going and going. I mean is the antivirus hidden some where that I can activate or is it just useless junk. I have other antivirus soft were like the basic windows defender, cleaner etc. Avg2014 and malware bytes Anti-Malware so I don't really need it.
Should I delete McPhee files or leave it alone?

If you're sure no McAfee products are installed, it's fine to delete the files. You're right, you don't need it. Anything but McAfee.

If this is your current antivirus then you don't want to delete the files. If not, uninstall the program via control panel THEN delete the files.
