This laptop good for what I want?

Here is a lenovo y5070 with a i7 4720HQ 2.5 ghz and 8gig ram and the gtx 960m 4gig graphics, and there's a Msi GE62 2QL apache i7 with the i7 5700HQ and gtx 960 2gig graphics and 8 gig ram, all I want is to play games on high or ultra settings with atleast 30 fps on 1080p, like gta 5 (even if some settings is medium), witcher 3 and the new batman, will this laptops work and if so which on will be better for me cuz I never used a laptop before and I don't really care about battery life
