KEYBOARD NOTWORKING?

Okay, so just to clarify now, I have a lenovo U430 with touch screen, wwhich includes touchscreen, thus a thouch screen keyboard, that's how i'm nable to ask this question. But down to business. As stated above, i have a lenovo U430 touch screen laptop computer. I have windows 8.1 installed, and the mouse touchpad thingy stopped working. Then the keyboard stopped working. I have now idea what happened. Feel free to ask forbdetails, i will explain more if you ask for specifics

Just ensure that the drivers of your mouse and touchpad are installed properly.

Unplug the charger, remove the battery, press the power button and hold down for 20 seconds or more put in battery, power back up…

I'm having the same issue. Keyboard stopped working but I can't even get in. How to I take out battery. I don't even know where it is on this unit. I suppose I have to unscrew the whole device?

I'm having the same issue. My keyboard is not working but I can't log in at all as it is acting as if a key in stuck on and I can't insert my password. I will try to take out my battery but where is it? Do I have to unscrew the whole bottom to get it out?
