What exactly do you mean by quality? Are you talking about physical build quality? Software quality? What?
Samsung makes some pretty good phones. I have the Note 8 and it works really well and I really like the OLED display.
Though why would you want to edit videos on a phone? Sure it is doable, but it is very inconvenient.
