Looks like the processor is the only difference but although one says dual-core, the other one appears to be as well.

They have the same HDD, processor, screen, etc. For the most part they differ in battery life (4 hours to 5) Windows version (8 vs. 8.1), and price.

Basically the price is the difference between the two!

They have the same processor and Intel Integrated Graphic chip set.
The only difference I can see is one has Windows 8 and the other has been updated to Windows 8.1. You can upgrade to W8.1 for free after buying the laptop.

Like you said the processors are basically the same in both computers (1.9GHz), they are pretty much identical,
