Hi, I'm looking for a decent gaming laptop within the budget of $1200. I've shortlisted a few like:

Go for the Lenovo, a good laptop, great for gaming, best for school and Lenovo is often referred to as the best laptop makers.

Heres a lenovo for a decent price and what i like about it is its similar specs to the ones you listed but the GPU is an sli gpu so games like resident evil 5 and 6 which are sli ready will benfit from this
