So I'm currently going into high school and I need a new laptop because my old MacBook is 7 years old and it's becoming slow. I need a new one and I'm unsure of which one I should get. Which one do you guys recommend?
Which is better, a MacBook, Chromebook, or a Lenovo or other Microsoft laptop?
What is your budget?
I would avoid a Chromebook since not many mainstream software is available on them.
Unless you need Mac OS X only programs, save yourself some money and get a Windows based laptop.
MacBooks are cool, but I think that they're incredibly overpriced.
Well, that would depend on budget or needs. Laptops vary by a huge amount. Chromebooks are more internet dependent, while still having many apps you could have that may be useful. They're mostly pretty low budget, too. Lenovo is just a brand, their laptops vary greatly too. Microsoft… They pretty much just have the surface.
Macbook if you're a social person
chromebook for geeks
lenovo for workaholic
microsoft laptop for gamers
I just got a chrome notebook and i love it. But all i do on my computer is surf the internet. Your best bet might be to ask at a best buy or staples, i got my chrome notebook at staples the guy was very helpful, he suggested to me to get the chrome notebook and its all i need
Macbook. I just got it and love it. Expensive but worth it.
