Actually i have AMD A8 quad core 2.3ghz with 8gb ram and 1tb HDD with 2.5gb gfx ATI radon 8570m
enough for me but amd heat like hell and some time it can't boot linux (lenovo production) :P please suggest me some good and tough cheap* laptop

You don't need to install entire Kali Linux those tools are available for Windows too.
You can Cain & Abel instead of Ettercap.
Install Windows OS and forget about rest.
