Need laptop for study and video editing purpose?

That's quite a low budget.
Any laptop is of similar quality around that price. Just get any laptop that satisfies the following specs.

CPU: i5 or i7 (i3, Core M, & Intel Atom is strongly not recommended)
GPU: GT 820M or GT 920M (It's unlikely to get something better at that price)
RAM: 4GB (8GB is recommended, and most laptops can upgrade the RAM later)
Monitor: 1366x768 (Try to get a Full HD display, 1920x1080 with IPS)
Storage: 1TB 7200RPM HDD (It's unlikely that you can get an SSD for that budget)

Since you're in Asia, I suggest getting an Asus, Acer, or Lenovo. Other brands tend to be more expensive, but I might be wrong.

*Intel Graphics is not enough for video composition (After Effects)
*AMD CPUs/APUs/GPUs tend to overheat more in laptops
*Intel i3 Processor is good enough if it reaches 3.1GHz on Turbo
