I'm looking to get a laptop for college and i have it narrowed down to these two and was wondering if anyone knew anything about these two models or about the companies in general to help me figure out which laptop to get.

I would go with the Lenovo if I were you. In my experience, Lenovos are higher quality. I think you can tell by looking at the pictures of them as well. The lenovo just looks like its sturdier and will last longer.
