Neither. And both have very poor resolution that is about 10 years out of date.

Sims 4 is a windows XP 32bit based game… Probably will not run on anything you buy… And even if you could that Acer only has an intel hd 620 video " chip "… That game specs a GTX 650 which totally outperforms the hd 620 by some 82%… And the Lenovo is even worse video chip wise…
