720M is just abput Intel Iris 5100 and estimates 24fps if the game does not block load for low graphics power.

Are you plugged into AC wall power to activate the 720M. The integrated intel HD 4000 shows 23fps on low at 56% of minimum with a report.

The game is by Ubisoft and RG Mechanics points to Repack, and Torrents.
If a pirate version or modded, I don't have a clue what they did and you have no access to Ubisoft support.
