Why does my laptop screen brightness goes darker when i unplug my battery charger?

And then whenever i plug in my battery charger the screen goes bright again, i searched on google for the answer but none seems to work, i went to control panel, more power options, etc. And everything. And i just got my laptop today or a few hours ago. And also I'M NOT a professional when it comes to laptop or computer problems.

Added (1). And I'm using a Lenovo. Windows 8, i don't know if that has to do anything with this but k.

Added (2). ALSO, what do i do to stop making my brightness go dark when i unplug my charger?

Not as much power is available from battery to run everything, so the power saving program cuts the brightness.

This is because when you aren't charging your laptop, it's automatically in power saver mode, so the screen will be less bright in order to preserve battery life. When you plug it into the charger, the laptop goes into high performance mode and no longer has the need to save battery life, so the brightness gets turned up a bit.

You have power options set to dim the screen when on battery power, you can change it in power settings

Most lapyops try to conserve battery power when unplugged by reducing brightnes, cpu consumption and frive activity.

your idiots _ read the question again _ maybe rad it over and over until you under stand English. Your anwer does not match the question therefore all you really doing is getting people sideways and upset.
