I have an L24Q-10 2k monitor. I'm using it in Video Mode because other modes make image really orange. When I open a dark image or play a game it dims my monitor. It happens in bios, Linux and Windows. I have this issue for over 2 years.
Lenovo monitor makes darker image even darker?

Use brightness controls and color controls of that monitor. Read user guide how to. Or read the link below how to use the different modes.
