Lenovo Ideapad 100 comes in various specifications in CPU and its integrated graphics. You need to be more specific about its CPU and also included RAM to be at least 4GB, though 8GB is better in the core i3 models.

Very different, where the core i3 is very good for a low priced laptop but N2840 is miserably slow.
Youtube videos indicate GTA 4 runs 19-25 Fps on lowest settings with the N2840, but may need Iobit Game Booster installed (Free software)

The laptop should be on AC power rather than battery and on a smooth hard surface to allow proper fan air flow and cooling. Medium preset is probably better for the laptop as not pressing its resources as hard.
The exhaust fan is on the bottom of the laptop and does benefit from a cpu cooler or a laptop stand that raises it off a table with longer legs.
