Will the NVIDIA Ge-force gt 770m 1gb be good for Solid Works?

I'm a high school student and I'm looking for a laptop that will run solid works smoothly. My budget is around 1200 and I'm hoping that this laptop will last me for at least four to five years. I've been eying the lenovo thinkpad T440p which comes with a intel HD 4600 integrated graphics. With an option to upgrade to the NVIDIA Ge-force gt 770m 1gb. Since it is a gaming oriented graphics card, i want to know if i'll be seeing any massive improvements in performance if i do choose the NVIDIA. I won't be making anything massive, around 100 part assemblies. Also, i may do some gaming (dragon age origins, mass effect 2) and i want to know if it can run those games smoothly and on what settings.

if it is important, i'm deciding between the Intel Core i7-4700MQ or the Intel Core i5-4200M.

When choosing laptop processors the Intel Core I7 always wins. It's faster in gaming and uses about the same amount of power.

For the graphics card the GT770m is massively better than the Intel HD 4600:

This site has estimated that the 770m is about 4 times faster than the Intel HD 4600.

If possible get an Intel Core I7 with the Nvidia GTX770m. If this combination is not possible then the Intel Core I5 with the Nvidia GTX770m will still be faster. Good luck and enjoy playing most modern games on high to ultra settings!
