It should run sims 3/4 also you can download the game on Origin so, don't necessarily need a disc drive

I would say no, it has intel graphics not real good for gaming also would suggest a laptop with a cd or dvd optical drive and a dedicated graphic card by nvidia or amd try looking a asus or dell and really enjoy playing the game with a good processor and gpu

You are paying for the special shell and touch-screen on a 10.1" diagonal laptop. The CPU and its graphics is the lowest performance available on any new Windows based computer.
The Celeron N2807 with Windows Bay Trail HD Graphics is very bad for a computer. Very few people use it in any gaming to actually report results. You can't get much for only £200
This has CPU speed scores:

The 933 score is less than even the N2830 Celeron of the cheapest 15.6" laptops available to buy.
A large slow loading table of graphics processor to game

reports Sims 4 on lowest settings and Sims 3 on medium. That means every new laptop plays at least these settings.
You can either download a game, or buy a USB DVD drive.
