I tried to do a factory reset on my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop, and the screen will load the logo onto it then it will just turn black. The screen is lit up, but just black. I've tried holding down the power button but the same thing happens.

Wow a Windows 10 computer having problems… Didn't see that coming… You'll need to reinstall the OS that's about all you can do
