I HAVE a Lenovo A7000 and I have 2 users in it with SD CARD as internal storage. If I do factory reset will the other user data be lost?

Added (1). If I do a factory reset will the data in the second user be lost?

Yes anything that was not backed up or saved to their SD cards will be gone with really no way to recover it.
