Lenovo M73Z i5 4570S or 3470S?

When comparing the two, the processing speed on either processor is comparable. The i5 4570S has a better integrated graphics processor than the i5 3470S. Of those two the 4570S is the newer processor which will typically be better.

A decent piece of knowledge for Intel brand processors to use when browsing computers is the generations of processor. With Intel a 4000 series processor is 4th generation, 3000 would be third, 8000 is the current generation of mainstream Intel processors.

If used in gaming or any video editing, i5-4570s is better,
In standard office use, although i5-4570S is better, if the older model is cheaper, you won't notice the difference.

I would avoid lenovo. They are no where near as good as Dell or Asus. However if you have no other choice then the 4570s will be faster but to confirm do a google compare.
