Monitor not turning ON with a new GPU (GT 730)?

I've replaced my old GPU (Palit G210) to Inno3D GT 730 1GB DDR5 LP. However, when I tried to boot, the monitor doesn't show anything.

After that, I've placed back the Palit G210 and it worked well and then I've replaced again the GT 730 and still shows nothing on the screen.

I've checked the fan of the new GPU and it's rotating when the power is on. I assure that the power requirement for this card is met.

What could be the cause of the problem? Is it something to do with the compatibility of the motherboard?

Here are the specs:

In that case, the situation is slightly more complicated. First, unplug the rig from the wall and reset your BIOS setting with CLR_CMOS jumper or by removing a mobo battery for a minute or two. Try again.

If that doesn't help as well, it is likely a compatibility issue which shouldn't exist in the first place. Some old motherboards with old BIOSes tend to do this sometimes, although rarely. It seems like you got one of those. I would try to flash the BIOS of your motherboard to the latest version, if you can (depends on the manuifacturer support though). Of course, do it with your old card installed.

If nothing helps, the only option you have is to go with an AMD card instead, like R7 250 (which is slightly faster than this 730 and uses only 60W or so, therefore not much). These don't seem to have compatibility issues with older motherboards without proper support / BIOS.
