My loptop turns on, but it keeps going on this boot menu/ app menu thing, i click exit it turns black then some words then go back to that. I also clicked the ones in the boot menu but se thing happens, turns black, words, then back in thar again. Help please i have a paper due sundayand i can't type.

First try this. Turn off computer, Unplug cord, remove Battery and Hold down the power Button for 30 seconds. Then put all back and start computer.
If still the same try a sfc scan [searches and fixes corrupt and missing system files] Press Windows key and X and click Command Prompt [ admin [ and in it type sfc /scannow [gap between c and / ] and press enter on keyboard and let scan run.
If still same then probally have to do a Refresh [ only lose apps you installed and will have to install them again]or restore to Factory Defaults [ Reinstalls windows and lose Everything takes couple hours]. Bring up Command Prompt [admin] again and type in rstrui.exe and press enter on keyboard and that will bring up Recovery where can reset windows.
