My tablet screen is super cracked, and its all lines and weird shapes now. Would the lenovo accept it and give me another one?

Why would they give you a new one? Did you drop the tablet? User damage, even if it was accidental, isn't covered under most standard warranty, so you would need to pay them to fix it.

Broken screens are almost always damage by user handling. Only the most expensive tablets have Corning Gorilla Glass that allows a rougher handling. If you could not protect the screen in your handling of the tablet, it is not Lenovo's fault. It is now too late to buy accidental damage coverage. Squaretrade insurance has policies for sale at time of purchase when it was new.
If you could not handle a tablet, you should have purchased a clamshell design laptop instead.
Touchscreens can be expensive and some tablets cost more to repair than they are worth.
