Hi I'm installing a brand new computer, a Lenovo H50 with a new monitor, keyboard, etc. When I first turned on the computer, it loaded then stated, "To install Windows, close Setup and restart the installation." Then I just pressed enter on my keyboard and the computer restarted. Now the computer is stuck on "Setup is preparing your computer for first time use." Please help!

That operation usually takes several minutes. You're likely worried about nothing.
If the problem persists after like 15 minutes try reinstalling the operating system if you know how. If you don't know how to do that or it doesn't fix the problem then call hp tech support as you'll likely need to exchange the defective hardware.

Shutdown the pc, restart, go into the bios, press {esc} a screen will pop up, save all settings to make sure the bios is close {usually was f10}, the pc should restart and try to install windows again
