I want to emulate android apps on pc. I tried bluestacks. But bluestacks not supported with my graphics card. That needs to update graphics card. I did searche for an alternative emulator. I found windroy.Is that supported with my notebook? Is that harmful on my notebook?

No, it should be fine. But if you can save a restore point before you install.
Also research sandbox software that lets you isolate installations you are testing.
