Surface Pro 3 vs Lenovo Yoga 12?

I'm using it for school, and is buying through the school. Specs (i5, 8GB, 64bit) are the same, and so is the price, but hardware wise, what do you prefer. The yoga is 1/2 inch larger, but the surface is lighter. The yoga has unlimited replacements if I damage it but I get two for the surface. I tried both out, and I seem to prefer the Surface but I only tried them out for 5 mins at best buy. What is better for me?
