Lenovo thinkpad yoga 11e touch screen and pen not working after windows 10 update?

I was drawing just fine on Krita up until I fell asleep last night. Windows 10 performed an automatic update and for whatever reason the touch screen and pen no longer work, even when I fold the laptop into tablet mode.
